Hollander Yard Management System

The Hollander Yard Management System is a hardware-software solution for automotive salvage yard management. This system is currently used by over 2,500 automotive salvage yards in North America. The company is a subsidiary of Solera Holdings.

Functions

The Hollander Yard Management System provides the following functions:

• Parts interchange lookup (with indices going back over 70 years).
• Visual materials for identifying wheel covers and other auto parts based on appearance.
• Electronic data exchange with other salvage yards' inventory.
• Electronic communication with other salvage yards.
• Inventory tracking, including hulk scrap tools.
• Order processing and quotation tools.
• Bookkeeping, including payroll.

Versions of this system are available for the Microsoft DOS and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
